1) PayPal preferred! A confirmed PayPal shipping address is required. The maximum PayPal payment amount is $600.00. Any amount due over $600.00 must be paid by check. Send PayPal payments to: jbhawk1@aol.com. 2) Personal or business checks drawn on a USA bank are accepted. I do not accept second party checks, certifed checks or money orders. 3) Check payment will delay the shipment by a minimum of 14 business days. Payment should be received no later that 7 days after the close of an auction. We reserve the option to relist any item if payment is not received in a timely manner. The mailing address is Augustine & Breckenridge, P.O. Box 16192, Tallahassee, Florida 32317 4) I ship using the United States Postal Service. The fee is $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional items. All items are insured at no additional cost. We do not ship to a non United States Postal Service mailbox facility (i.e. mailstop, mailbox express) etc. 5) Auctions are not approval sales, although auction winnings may be returned within 5 days of our shipping date for a refund. A 15% re-stocking fee (minimum $10.00) is deducted from all returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Pay Pal fees are not refunded. A returned item must be delivered to us in the condition in which we sent it to you. If you remove a coin from the holder in which we sent it to you, the coin is not returnable. Refunds will be processed by check. 6) We are not responsible for typographical errors. Any ended auction sale may be voided by us at any time or an auction closed early at our sole discretion. All auction winnings are contingent upon our review and acceptance. 7) Florida sales tax (7.5%) is charged on everything except US legal tender coins. 8) We ship to the continental US only. No international orders at this time. No exceptions. 9) Your bid(s) are a confirmation that you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
